Shipping
Free shipping is available only on selected products and eligible Australian delivery postcodes.
Shipping charges calculated during checkout apply to standard-size items only. Oversized, bulky, dangerous goods, or remote-area deliveries may incur additional freight charges. If additional freight is required, we will contact you before dispatch.
Stock Availability
Stock is not reserved until full payment has been received.
Products remain available for purchase by other customers until payment has been successfully processed.
Listing Errors

Installation

Warranty

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
