Our Part manufacturer warranty is 12 Months from date of invoice or receiving of product if order online, unless specified otherwise. All parts must be fitted by qualified auto mechanic to maintain the warranty.

All Window Regulator Switches warranty period are 3 Months.

All Halogen Bulbs are NO warranty.

Our Part warranty cover part only and will not cover installation labour cost or services provided by a third party.

We will not be liable for any damage, loss or injury suffered as a result of any person failing to follow instructions relating to usage or installation of product, material and/or product modifications, failing to appropriately maintain or store them or using them for an unintended purpose(s).


Warranty Claim

In case of product faulty claim, we may need to conduct an assessment to determine the nature and extent of the fault. This may include sending the product to the manufacturer or their repair agent. The products that are likely to require assessment include electrical and specially procured items. The assessment may take up to 2-6 weeks.

We will notify you of the outcome as soon as the assessment has been complete.

The warranty claim process is normally take 3 to 5 Business days of receiving item or after assessment completed.

Delivery Policy

Cancel order must be requested through our Website. We do not accept cancel order by email.
Any cancel request after item is dispatched is unacceptable.

  • Postal Address
    • Please double check your postal address before placing order. We are not responsible for missing parcel in case of providing wrong address or changing address after placing order. It is your responsibility to contact the courier/post office to redirect the parcel and pay for the cost of redirection. If the parcel returns to the sender because of wrong address, changing address or unclaimed parcel, we will charge a return postage $16.
  • Warehouse Collection
    • We will email/text you once your order is ready for collection. And you will have 30 days to collect your order.
    • If your order is not collected within 14 days, our staff will contact you using the details you provided when you placed the order.
    • If your order is not collected within 30 days, we will credit the amount of the order back to the credit/debit card or PayPal account you used when you placed the order.
  • Collecting your order
    • You will be able to collect your order during our trading hours.
    • Once your order has been processed, we will email you with a confirmation with a date we expect your order to be ready for collection.
      It is helpful to have your confirmation email available. If this information is not available when you collect your order, you will need to provide photo idendification and details about your order(including your name and the products) to our warehouse staff so they will locate your order for you.
    • For orders over $100 a driver's license will be required for the collection of your order.
  • Delivery Options selected
    • If you select the delivery option when you place an order, you may provide us with authority to leave the product at your nominated address.
    • If you do not provide us with authority to leave the product at your nominated address and no one is available to accept delivery, or we are unable to find a safe place to leave the product, we may contact you to arrange an alternative delivery method. This may include re-delivery/collection from your local post office/courier depot. (Note: If re-delivery requested, freight may be applied.)
    • You acknowledge and agree that any person at your nominated address who accepts the delivery from us, is authorised to do so. We (or our courier) may require the person who accepting delivery to provide proof of identity and proof of age.
    • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to a product after delivery has been made or for loss or damage caused after good delivered to your nominated address.
    • We only delivery or post to any valid address where a product is ordered through our website.
  • Delivery/Post/Ship
    • We use various courier companies depending on your location, type of item and cost. When you place an order, if you choose the delivery option you will be charged a flat rate delivery fee. However, if the cost of delivery to your postal address significantly exceeds the delivery fee (for instance because you are in a remote area or have placed a special order for large or heavy products), we may contact you to discuss alternative arrangements. This may include cancelling or modifying your order.

Returns Policy

  • WHAT can be returned?
    • All products are returnable within 30 days of receiving items.
    • Our 30 days return policy will not include any specially ordered products (Unless the product is not fit for the purpose or faulty)
  • WHEN do items need to be returned by?
    • All return for a refund or replacement, you will need to present a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase.
    • For any reason of return for a refund or replacement after purchase. You must return your product within 30 days of receiving it. However, after 30 days, all purchases deemed to be satisfactory, and no returns will be accepted.
    • Our 30 days return policy will not include any specially ordered products (Unless the product is not fit for the purpose or faulty)
  • WHERE do items need to be returned to?
    • All return items must be sent to UAP Auto Parts. Postal address: Unit 3, 8 James St Bayswater WA 6053.
  • HOW do customers return items?
    • For any reason of return for a refund or replacement after purchase, please contact us before sending the item back.

  • SHIPPING for returns?
    • You will be responsible for the return shipping cosr for whatever reasons including changing of mind, ordering wrong part or warranty claims.
    • We will be responsible for return shipping cost ONLY if we pack and send incorrect item as per your order.
    • All shippiing costs/freights are subject to non-refundable.
  • CREDIT for returns?
    • Refund for a return product is normally process and credit within 3 to 5 business days of receiving items or assessment completed.
    • The refund is for the cost of the product purchased only and does not cover any freight/ postage/shipping costs.
    • Once the return has been approved and processed, the refund will be credited to your credit/ debit card or PayPal account you used when you placed order.
    • Please be aware that your bank may take 4-7 business days to post the credit to your account or credit card. If you do not receive a credit within 14 days, please contact us and we will investigate immediately.
  • Instore return option?
    • We offer instore return Monday-Friday 10am to 4pm.

  • Packing Materials?
    • All return products must be unused, in its original packaging and in a saleable condition. We are unable to offer a refund, credit or exchange if products have been modified, altered or tampered with, including disassembled or damaged due to incorrect installation.
    • Electrical product is non-returnable if original package seal has been opened.
  • Product damaged in transit
    • If you received a damaged product, please report to us within 3 days of receiving the items along with some photos of the package and damaged product including the postage label on the parcel. We will arrange a replacement as soon as possible of receiving the report.
